Automatic Welding Assembly Line for Miniature Circuit Breaker Products

The MCB Miniature Circuit Breaker Fully Automated Welding and Assembly Line features a modular design that enables fully unmanned operation from individual components to finished products.

In the welding section, dedicated mechanisms automatically feed enameled wires, bimetal strips, flexible connectors, and other conductors. A rotary multi-station fixture system sequentially performs fixed contact feeding, terminal installation, flux application, coil placement, and automatic welding between the coil, terminal, and fixed contact, ensuring highly consistent and reliable weld quality.

After welding, completed assemblies are seamlessly transferred via conveyor to the assembly unit. Here, vibratory feeders automatically supply various components, while a six-axis robot precisely executes housing opening and internal component assembly.

The entire line is integrated with CCD vision inspection systems for real-time monitoring and quality judgment at critical processes, automatically identifying and sorting qualified and non-conforming products. In addition, the line is equipped with advanced MES/ERP systems, supporting recipe-based parameter management, energy consumption analysis, remote operation and maintenance, and big data platform integration. It can also be linked with downstream automated testing lines to form a complete intelligent manufacturing closed loop, significantly improving production efficiency and product consistency.
