A glorious moment — GACIA Electronics celebrates its 23rd anniversary!
August 5th is a special day for GACIA. He was born 23 years ago on this day, and 2025 marks his 23rd birthday, a milestone that has come with a series of ups and downs. In keeping with company tradition, in addition to a small celebration every five years and a larger one every ten years, every August 5th, we honor employees with at least five years of service and hold a ceremony, creating a truly ceremonial atmosphere.
This year, nearly 300 people gathered to celebrate this special occasion. It was not only a reflection on past achievements but also a new starting point for team unity, stimulating innovation, and forging a shared vision for future development.
Chairman's Speech
At the celebration ceremony, Chairman Mr. Manhuai Wu delivered a passionate speech. He first expressed his sincerest gratitude to all employees on behalf of the company, noting in particular that over the past 23 years, the company has weathered the challenges of the pandemic and maintained steady growth, a feat inseparable from the hard work of every GACIA employee. Wu noted that GACIA's steady progress in the face of today's complex and volatile global economic landscape is also due to the concerted efforts of all GACIA employees, as well as the trust of customers and the support of partners.
Looking forward, Wu outlined the company's development blueprint: Over the next few years, GACIA will unwaveringly advance high-end manufacturing upgrades, increase R&D investment in smart appliances and DC devices, focus resources on improving technical capabilities and talent pools, and strive to build an internationally competitive brand. He also revealed that with the construction of the Intelligent Electricity New Industrial Park, the company will usher in new development opportunities and provide employees with an even better working environment and living facilities.
Awards and Recognition
At the celebration ceremony, to let employees feel the company's love and warmth, Loyalty and Dedication Awards were presented to those who had completed 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service, as well as those who had made exceptional contributions to the company for 25 years. This recognition not only recognizes and honors the employees' individual careers, but also profoundly embodies the company's culture of "loyalty, dedication, and mission accomplishment."

Speech by employee representative
As a representative of employees who have completed 15 years, Min Luo shared his personal story and journey at the celebration. He said with emotion, "Since joining GACIA in 2010, I've witnessed the company's transformation in intelligent manufacturing, production environment, living environment, and humanistic care.
Through this process, I've not only learned professional skills, but also felt the company's care and respect for employees. Benefits like five social insurances and one housing fund, free physical examinations, and comfortable cafeterias and dormitories have given me a deep sense of the warmth of home." Min Luo's heartfelt and moving speech earned applause from the employees present.
Vice Chairman's Concluding Remarks
Vice Chairman Mrs. Jie Chen delivered a heartfelt closing speech at the ceremony.
